The Centre is a commercial property concept designed specifically for new and small businesses, comprising 37 offices and 34 light industrial/workshop self-contained units. We have been constantly upgrading the business centre’s facilities, to ensure our Licensees enjoy an environmentally safe and well maintained building.
Being surrounded by woodland makes the location very attractive, though there is plenty of parking. We work hard at keeping the site looking good, mindful that our image and our Licensees’ are one and the same. We believe that setting high standards benefits everyone, and we’re encouraged that our Licensees go out of their way to help us achieve that.
The licence fee includes free car parking and waste removal. We maintain the woodland and landscaping to ensure the surroundings remain attractive, enhancing our Licensees’ environment and their image.
Each unit is equipped with services to allow you to start work immediately. Access is 24 x 7 x 365. Most units also have a water supply, and drainage. Energy is supplied by the Centre, and invoiced monthly.
High speed internet access up to 1Gb/s is available throughout the building, via fibre optic cable.
Offices: power sockets are provided via perimeter supply; carpeting and suspended ceilings with recessed lighting make for a pleasant business centre environment which is instantly ready to occupy. Sizes vary from 785 sq ft (73 sq m) down to 113 sq ft (10.5 sq m).
Workshops: a variety of layouts have evolved, but all have a 3m x 3m up and over door. Some benefit from mezzanine floors which may provide office accommodation, otherwise substantial headroom allows the use of high storage racking or tall machinery. In addition to 3-phase power, a gas supply is available in most industrial units. The majority are 785 sq ft (73 sq m) and 388 sq ft (36 sq m) though there are a few with sizes between those areas.
