Industrial units.

Each of our Industrial Units have a 3 x 3m up and over door, offering easy access loading and unloading of your goods and equipment. These doors are designed to be durable and secure, providing a reliable entrance for your business operations.

Some units benefit from mezzanine floors which may provide office accommodation, otherwise substantial headroom allows the use of high storage racking or tall machinery.

In addition to 3-phase power, water supply and a gas supply is available in most industrial units. They range from 366 sq. ft (34 sqm) to 1052 sq. ft (97.7sqm).
