Meeting rooms for hire.

We have two nature themed, air conditioned meeting rooms available to hire for long or short periods at attractive rates. You can also hire the rooms if you are a non-Licensee, ideal if you need a meeting away from the main place of work.

Costs start from just £10 per hour and discounted rates for Licensees and Mailbox users.

Our Oak and Ash Meeting Rooms are equipped with the latest AV equipment including a Microsoft A20 MeetingBar for smart Teams collaboration, high speed internet and a screen for engaging presentations and advanced communications in a professional meeting environment.

Refreshments and catering can be organised by the Big Blue Cafe and they'll deliver it straight to your meeting room. You can also take advantage of our range of professional business services.
